PROS: Can heal allies and himself. Heals wounds almost completely using his own Aura. It can combat any kind of threat to the body. (IE: Poison/venom, blood loss, bruising, etc.)
CONS: It can only be used in short bursts. The worse the injury, the more Aura it takes to heal the wound. Arthur doesn't have a large amount of Aura to spare, so he uses his semblance sparingly. He can slowly regenerate missing aura after resting.
NOTE: This is not an aura amplification. It's a transfer of aura to boost healing, and once Arthur stops using his semblance, the transferred aura wears off.
HEADCANONS
-He suffers from anxiety, PTSD, and OCD.
-Due to being neurodivergent, he can hear the buzzing from technology, and quite clearly at that. He carries around earplugs for when he works, since the noise will put him on edge.

During the Paladin Incident, Arthur was impaled by a metal rod. He escaped with the rod still impaled in his abdomen. He bears a scar from this on his lower left side, as well as burn marks on his palms and back. (Hence why he wears gloves and always wears some sort of shirt.)

THE PALADIN INCIDENT

Essentially, Watts had gotten in cahoots with Salem months or even years prior to the incident. It was a chance for him to escape, to leave his old life behind and work for someone who would appreciate him. Despite being close to and working with James Ironwood (@EGOlMPERIUM) he wasn't credited properly for his work, ideas and blueprints for projects ignored or even stolen, and in general just mistreated in the workplace by co-workers and higher-ups. James passing up his project for the P.E.N.NY. project was the last straw. That was when Salem reached out to him.
The plan was to hack into the Paladins, which Arthur could easily do with his rings - a project of his own that had been passed up, so he made them for himself. Once that was done, corrupt their code and destroy the hangar they were held in. Arthur would be inside, supposedly trying to touch up on code when they went berserk. He was supposed to 'die', but have escaped before the building even fell.
That's not how things went.

He never intended for James to be at the incident, but the General was at the wrong place at the wrong time. As the Paladins destroyed the building, Arthur was beginning to flee when he ran into James. The two got caught among the falling rubble and flames. Large amounts of rubble came raining down, and to try to protect Arthur, James shoved him out of the way. It was a hasty decision, leading to Arthur falling into rubble to the side, which had caught on fire due to spilled oil and electricity sparks setting it aflame. He couldn't avoid the flames, landing on them back-first. His back suffered severe burns, as well as his palms and arms due to pushing himself up and out of the flames. As he stumbled toward an exit, more rubble fell, causing him to trip and stumble directly onto a broken beam. It stabbed him in the abdomen, impaling him. Knowing pulling himself off of it would be a mistake, he instead opted to break the beam off - which wasn't easy - and stumble away, out and away from the commotion. He managed to escape unseen, no trace left behind aside from burned fragments of the suit he'd been wearing. Salem had transport waiting for him, but it wasn't an easy travel to get there. He barely managed to make it away without passing out.
